This standard applies to a latex coating intended primarily for exterior use over stucco, brick, concrete, masonry blocks, asbestos-cement siding and other similar surfaces where a texture finish is desired. The thickness and texture of this coating makes it suitable for improving the appearance of an uneven, rough or slightly cracked surface to which it is applied.
